Each plan has a fixed number of daily LLM calls. Free users can make 30 calls per day, Starter users have 280 per day, Core users get 750 per day, Advanced users receive 1,900 per day, and Max users have 4,200 per day. Your limit resets exactly 24 hours after your first agentic request. If you are on a paid plan, every seat has its own separate call bucket, so your allowance is not shared or pooled with other users.

You can always check your live LLM call counter on your profile page. After every agent action, you will also see a summary at the bottom of the message that shows how many calls were consumed, how many remain for the day, when your limit will reset, and the cost multiplier of the model that was used.

Auto+ Model is our best-in-class agentic coding model that uses 2.5x calls but delivers superior performance for all tasks. Auto Model (Default) is a robust, cost-effective option that uses 1x of your daily calls, perfect for extending your usage time

Model multipliers determine how quickly your allowance is consumed. For example, if you have 100 calls remaining and you use Auto, you will have 99 left afterward. If you use Auto+ for the same task, your balance will drop to 97.5 because that model uses 2.5 calls at once. The model selector shows this information upfront so you can make informed choices.

An AI call happens every time the Agent interacts with the large language model during a task. If the Agent needs to use several different tools to complete your request, multiple calls may be consumed in the process, multiplied by the model you selected.

No. Basic autocomplete is always unlimited across all plans. Only agent-driven actions such as chat, refactoring, or multi-file edits reduce your daily call total.

Yes. You can connect your own OpenAI or Anthropic API keys. When you do this, you will still pay the standard seat fee to Zencoder, but all LLM calls that use your key will bypass the daily call limits.
