No. Plan credits expire at the end of your monthly billing period. Top-up credits, however, remain usable.

Minimum top-up is $20, and top-ups are non-refundable. Plan credits are always consumed before top-ups.

Yes. Paid plans use a shared org pool. Admins can set per-user caps to prevent one user from draining it.

No. All plans — including Free — support BYOK. Calls made through your own API key don't consume bundled credits. You still pay the seat fee on paid plans.

Yes. Upgrades are prorated (seat fee + credit grant) for the rest of the cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period.

Team Management, SSO, Audit Logs, per-user credit caps, and usage analytics start at Pro Plus. Priority access is on Pro Max and Enterprise, and dedicated support & onboarding is Enterprise-only.
